A lot of people — especially today on the Internet — automatically take a pass when they hear the word “Isometrics.” They heard from a guy who heard from a guy who posted on an internet forum somewhere that “Isometrics were worthless…”

4. Isometrics help you strengthen specific ranges of movement, such as the sticking point in any given lift or exercise.
5. Isometrics enhance your form and performance in almost any exercise you do.
